Evaporation d’une certaine quantité

Collaboration with  Matthieu Saladin Sant’Andrea Degli Amplificatori of Bologna

Xing and Sant’Andrea amplifiers have “Evaporation d’une certaine quantité d’eau”, a performance artist / French researcher Matthieu Saladin conceived in relation to the spaces of Raum and built with Esteban Ayala, Federico Cataldo, Mario Guide, Valerio Maiolo, Amirabbas Mohammadi.

“Evaporation d’une certaine quantité d’eau” is an experimental footprint score for an indeterminate number of performers. A collective climate pièce whose duration is determined by the evaporation time realized with the collaboration of young artists and musicians involved in a workshop on the aquatic dimension of sound practices.

The practice of Matthieu Saladin, artist / French researcher, born from a conceptual approach that reflects on the history of forms, creative and social construction processes, and the relationship between art and society from an economic and political point of view. His work takes on forms ranging from installation to publication, from the sound performance and video, from the conference to the creation of software.
